Thanks, Volunteers!
- It takes a lot of work to have a safe community wide yard sale. We had almost 100 homes participate and a good crowd given the threatening weather.
- Thanks to Steve & Teana Ferguson, Donn Brockington, Song & Pat Vick, Kent Stitt, Noel West, Rich Myer and Paul Morris for volunteering their time to make the 2009 Running Man Yard Sale a success.

Running Man...A Great Place to Live
For over 20 years, Running Man has been the premier neighborhood in York County. The 550+ homes have appreciated in value thanks to a well-laid out neighborhood with many amenities, excellent schools and the best location on the peninsula. We are convenient to NASA, Langley AFB, I-64, US 17 and the cities of Poquoson, Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg – in fact, anywhere in Hampton Roads.
The management of the neighborhood and common areas is provided by the Running Man Community Association, in which all homeowners share membership and the responsibility of financial support. We have been blessed with excellent volunteers, which help keep our annual dues some of the lowest in the area. An Architectural Control Committee protects your investment and insures standards are maintained. An activeNeighborhood Watch program keeps us informed and builds a sense of community.
