The Marketing session will provide information to enhance marketing skills of a small business owner.
The Financing session is a *bonus session that will provide information on the (SOHO), Small Office/ Home Office loan initiative � Funding Business Needs of $15K (or less) in 15 business days. Register and come prepared to complete your application during the session. *Items to bring to the session: Federal ID #, Driver�s License, Business Checkbook. Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans Online Training Program
What: Free online program designed to inform business owners about the SBA�s Loan Programs, help determine which loan is right for them, and answer any questions about the different loans.
When: Every Friday 12:30-1:30p.m.

Small businesses are vital to the economic vitality and well being of York County. As a service to area residents, the York County Library will be bringing you a regular feature on what resources are available at the Library to help you begin planning and running a small business in our area.
There are many relevant books and periodicals available at the York County Library. In addition, the Library provides computers with Internet access as well as some computers with word processing capabilities. We also provide access to subscription online databases that are available for searching on-site at the Library. If you have a York County Library card, some of these databases may be searched remotely from your home or business.

American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA)
This national trade association represents U.S. advertising agencies and offers its members expertise and information regarding the advertising agency business.
American Marketing Association (AMA)
The AMA assists marketing professionals in both business and education in personal and professional career development and education in the advancement of the science and ethical practice of marketing disciplines.
Direct Marketing Association (DMA)
The DMA is the oldest and largest trade association for users and suppliers in the direct, database, and interactive marketing field. The associations offers members the tools and services they need to do their jobs better.
Retail Advertising & Marketing Association (RAMA)
RAMA helps retail marketers, and others who support and serve them, gain the knowledge and skills required to succeed in their careers and to network with peers and industry stars.
Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB)
A global nonprofit association, the IAB focuses on maximizing and increasing the effectiveness of Internet advertising. IAB is particularly interested in educating the industry and evaluating and recommending online advertising standards and practices.
