Sommerville is a 142 single-family home neighborhood situated in the Seaford area of southern York County approximately 4 miles southeast of Route 17 in Grafton. We are just a short 15 minute drive to historic Yorktown, Virginia.

Our children attend Seaford Elementary School, Yorktown Middle School, and York High School.

Seaford has its own Country Market which caters to the locals with fresh sandwiches and groceries. There are numerous churches within just a few minutes drive and you can even hear the bells toll from the nearby Methodist church.
