Settlers
Crossing

The Settlers Crossing subdivision is located just off the Old York-Hampton Highway, State Route 634, in York County, Virginia.  Settlers Crossing, a subdivision of 83 single family homes, sits on approximately 76 acres of what was the Everett O. Gray Estate.  The subdivision is located less than two miles from the Yorktown Battlefield and the Yorktown waterfront.  Settlers Crossing, originally called Patriot’s Crossing, was developed by Mr. Walter Parrish starting in late 1987.

Please be careful turning onto Allen Harris from Old Hampton Highway. Please slow and watch for others pulling up to the Stop sign on their way out
