County Yard Sale Guidelines
� Contact management (CBM) in writing to schedule any yard sale at least three days prior to event.
� Be in possession of these guidelines.
� A �start� and �end� date must be provided, including hours of operation.
� Sales are limited to three (3) consecutive days, and no more events than twice in a calendar year for any individual homeowner.
� All activity must start after 8 AM and end by 2 PM.
� All items, signs and display features MUST be stored away after business hours each day.
� Traffic cannot be obstructed in any way.
� Private parking spaces may not be used by customers.
� Displayed items cannot present a hazard to normal walking areas.
� Limit of two (2) signs: one in the homeowner's own yard, and one at main road.
� Any person having a yard sale assumes all responsibility for claims or damage arising out of the event/ activity.
� Gables of York County Community Association, it's Board of Directors, and Management (CBM) is held harmless, and does not claim any responsibility for event/activity.
� Any Board Member or Management may instruct homeowner to cease operations for any due cause when not corrected immediately by homeowner having event.
� Failure to comply with request will result in a fine commensurate with the infraction.
Homeowners are encouraged to participate in an annual
Gables community-wide yard sale.
Homeowners may request of the Board the use of the Clubhouse Yard
and parking spaces when the pool is not open for use.
